Fidelis M. “Dell” Hupfer, 87, a resident of Pinecrest Manor and formerly of 128 Averyville Road, St. Marys, passed away on Friday, January 31, 2025 at Pinecrest Manor.  Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc.
