ARREST DETAILS Officers investigated an incident where a female victim reported to Bradford City Officers that a known male had entered her home while she was sleeping and laid down in bed with her, awaking her. The victim also stated that while in her home he did indecently expose and assault her.

Officers interviewed Wackwitz and an arrest was made. Wackwitz was arraigned before District Judge Richard Luther who set bail at $50,000 straight.
