The Disaster Assistance Center located at Penn York Retreat Center in Potter County will be closing on October 16th. The DRC in Tioga County (Knoxville) will remain open and Potter County residents are welcome to visit this location Residents have until November 12th to register by contacting 1-800-621-3362 or completing an application online at DisasterAssistance.gov
