On November 27, at 2:16 pm Smethport Fire Dept. and Port Allegany Ambulance were dispatched to 86 S. Marvin St. in front of the Dollar General for a two vehicle crash a semi vs a passenger with possibly no injuries and the vehicles are off the roadway.
