Thomas M. “Tom” Anderson, 60, of Kersey, PA died unexpectedly on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at his residence following a brief illness.

He was born on October 14, 1963, in Dubois, a son of Joyce Palmer Anderson and the late Ralph Anderson.

On October 2, 2023, he married the love of his life, Roxanne Uhl who survives.

Tom was a self-employed contractor and took pride in being a perfectionist. He liked to “putter” around, picking up sticks, collecting apples, and maintaining a beautiful yard. Tom was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He loved spending time sitting in the garage, talking to family, and being with his beloved dog, Willie.

In addition to his wife, Roxanne, he is survived by a son, Dave Anderson and his wife Kayla of Windber, a daughter, Bri Nesbitt and her husband Josh of St. Marys, 4 grandchildren, Channing Anderson, Myles Anderson, Jocelyn Anderson, and Tripp Nesbitt, 3 stepchildren: Alicia Gerg of Harrisburg, Adam Gerg of St. Marys, and Shawn Gerg of Ridgway, 5 step grandchildren: Brayden, Andrew, Kelsey, Riley, and Myla. He is also survived by 5 siblings: Kenny (Pam) Anderson, Randy (Sue) Anderson, Darla Anderson, Brenda (Ron Gregori) Anderson, and Sherry (Jerry) Shrefler, all of Kersey, and many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service for Thomas M. Anderson will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Krise Funeral Home, 339 Main Street, Kersey, PA 15846, with Rev. Ann Foor officiating.

Family and friends will be received at Krise Funeral Home on Wednesday from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.
