Thomas M. “Fred” Mahaney, 76, of 631 Evergreen Road, St. Marys, passed away peacefully with his wife by his side Saturday, December 13, 2025 at his residence.  Funeral arrangements are incomplete and under the direction of Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc.
