Thomas L. Martin, 59, of Coudersport, PA passed away on August 10, 2023. 

Tom was born on August 17, 1963, in Coudersport, the son of the late E. Dale and Arbella Martin.

Tom was a graduate of Clarion Limestone high School, Class of 1981.  He owned and operated Tom’s Tree Service, Coudersport.  Tom enjoyed music and played guitar at many local events including the Maple Festival and the Falling Leaves Festival. 

Earlier in life Tom enjoyed travelling around with his guitar on his back, playing at many different establishments and being a free spirit.  He also loved nature and being outdoors.

Tom is survived by his longtime companion, Pat Miles of Coudersport; a daughter, Sabrina Martin of Smethport; a son Thomas Martin, II of Smethport; two grandchildren, Ameliya Hardway and Weslee Richardson both of Smethport; two sisters, Tina Franklin of Arizona; Tonya McCue of Coudersport; four brothers, Timothy Martin of Coudersport; Terry Martin of Townville; Theodore Martin of Colorado; Mike Martin of Maryland; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

A celebration of Tom’s life will be held Saturday, August 26, 2023, from 1-4:00 pm at Mitchell Park, Coudersport. 

Memorial contributions in Tom’s name may be made to an organization of the donor’s choice.
