High Wind Warning issued March 13 at 5:12PM EDT until March 14 at 11:00AM EDT by NWS Buffalo NY

* WHAT…West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.

* WHERE…Cattaraugus County.

* WHEN…Until 11 AM EDT Saturday. The strongest wind gusts are expected tonight.

* IMPACTS…Strong winds will blow down trees and power lines. Scattered power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

INSTRUCTIONS: Avoid being outside in forested areas and around trees. If possible, remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and avoid windows. Use caution if you must drive.
