* WHAT…Northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts of 40 to 50 mph.

* WHERE…Niagara, Orleans, Monroe, Wayne, Northern Cayuga, Oswego,
Genesee, Wyoming, Livingston, Ontario, and Allegany Counties.

* WHEN…Until 1 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few isolated power outages may
result.

INSTRUCTIONS: Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
