DESCRIPTION: * WHAT…Northwest winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
expected.

* WHERE…Portions of central New York and northeast Pennsylvania.

* WHEN…From 10 AM Sunday to 1 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The highest winds are expected Sunday
afternoon and evening, especially over the exposed hilltop
locations.

INSTRUCTIONS: Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
