HEADLINE: Winter Weather Advisory issued November 10 at 1:36AM EST until November 11 at 1:00PM EST by NWS Buffalo NY

* WHAT…Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations 4 to 8
inches in the most persistent lake snows.

* WHERE…Cattaraugus and Southern Erie Counties.

* WHEN…Until 1 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Travel will be difficult. The hazardous conditions will
impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.

INSTRUCTIONS: Lake effect snow will fall in relatively narrow bands. If traveling,
be prepared for rapidly changing road conditions and visibilities.
