* WHEN…Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Another round of locally heavy rainfall will affect the watch
area until late evening. The potential still exists for
localized flash flooding in the watch area.
