Theodore G. Schieler (Ted), born February 9th, 1940 in Olean, NY to the late John and Millie Schieler, passed away August 10, 2024 after dealing with a short illness of Alzheimer’s. He had six sisters and two brothers who are all deceased. 

Theodore was born and raised in Olean, N.Y. and married the late  Audrey Sweigart on April 15, 1963. They had two sons Dennis (Becky) Schieler, of Georgetown Tx.) and Theodore (Rhonda) Schieler(Holiday, Fl.). They had 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Theodore served  in United States Army across seas in Germany. He then worked at Dresser Rand for 40 years before retiring to Florida.

He enjoyed being a Trustee at the local American Legion, having drinks with his late best friend Kenny, and being a social butterfly.  He and Audrey loved to go sightseeing and spending quality time with their friends.

Theodore will be cremated through McGrans Crematory and buried with his beautiful late wife Audrey in Olean, NY.
