Susan Marie Renaud, 71, of 5962 Ridgway-Johnsonburg Road, Johnsonburg, PA passed away at her residence peacefully with her family by her side, on Thursday afternoon, April 13, 2023 after a lengthy illness.

She was born on September 2, 1951 in Ridgway a daughter to Veronica Gasbarre Burrs and the late James Burrs. On July 3, 1971 in Holy Rosary Church, Johnsonburg, she married George A. Renaud and he survives.

A lifelong resident of Johnsonburg, Susan was a member of Holy Rosary Church. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed baking and traveling to the casino to play bingo.

Susan had worked for Allegheny Coatings for 18 years and had previously worked at Exotic Metals for 6 years.

In addition to her husband George Renaud at home and her mother Veronica Burrs of Johnsonburg, Susan is survived by a son Jerry Renaud and his wife Nicki of Ridgway and their children Riley and Brayden. She is also survived by a sister Jeanine Allegretto and her husband Lawrence of Wilcox, 2 brothers Jim Burrs of Keating Summit and John Burrs and his companion Lynn Heibach of Erie and numerous nieces and nephews

In addition to her father, Susan is predeceased by her twin sister Sally Wilson and nephews Eric and Jason Cook.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Susan M. Renaud will be conducted at Holy Rosary Church, Johnsonburg on Monday, April 24, 2023 at 10 AM with Fr. David Wilson, Pastor as celebrant. Interment will be private. There will be no visitation.
