…A COLD FRONT WITH HEAVIER SNOW SHOWERS AND LOCAL SNOW SQUALLS
WILL AFFECT PARTS OF MCKEAN…WARREN…POTTER… SULLIVAN…NORTHERN
CLINTON…CAMERON…NORTHERN LYCOMING…TIOGA… AND ELK COUNTIES…
HAZARDS…Scattered heavy snow showers and a few snow squalls will
cross the northern tier of Central Pennsylvania through 2 PM. Winds
gusting to 30 MPH will cause reduced visibilities in snow and
blowing snow, which can rapidly reduce visibility to less than a
half of a mile.
LOCATION AND MOVEMENT…At 1157 AM EDT, a cold front accompanied by
snow showers and local snow squalls was along a line extending from
Olean to Knox and moving east at 60 MPH.

Kane, Cyclone, and James City around 1205 PM EDT.
Shinglehouse, Wilcox, and Smethport around 1210 PM EDT.
Johnsonburg around 1215 PM EDT.
Ridgway, Port Allegany, and East Branch Dam around 1220 PM EDT.
St. Marys, Betula, and Roulette around 1225 PM EDT.
Genesee and Brandy Camp around 1230 PM EDT.

Route 6 from near Corry to the Bradford county line.
Route 15 from Oak Lynn to Lawrenceville.
Route 62 from south of Tidioute to the New York border.
Route 219 from Brockport to the New York border.
Route 220 from south of Muncy Valley to Dushore.
State Road 14 from Trout Run to the Bradford County line.
State Road 46 from Smethport to Farmers Valley.
State Road 59 from Warren to Smethport.
State Road 66 from Russell City to Kane.
State Road 120 from Ridgway to Hyner View State Park.
State Road 255 from north of Penfield to Johnsonburg.
State Road 446 from Farmers Valley to the New York border.
