Tree limbs could be blown down and some power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS…A line of strong to severe thunderstorms crossing the region this Saturday afternoon will increase the probability for locally enhanced wind damage.

* Until 230 PM EDT.
* At 133 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Northwest
Harborcreek, or 7 miles east of Erie, moving northeast at 80 mph.
HAZARD…70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
* Locations impacted include…
Buffalo, West Seneca, Jamestown, Lackawanna, Dunkirk, Fredonia,
Hamburg, Salamanca, Allegany State Park and Evans.
This includes the following highways…
Interstate 90 between exits 56 and 61.
Interstate 86 between exits 4 and 21.
