...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT WARREN AND CENTRAL MCKEAN
COUNTIES THROUGH 700 PM EDT...

At 635 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 10 miles southwest of Allegany State Park to 18
miles southwest of Warren. Movement was east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Warren, Bradford, Allegany State Park, Youngsville, Smethport,
Russell, Rew, Marshburg, Kinzua Bridge State Park, Scandia,
Coryville, Cyclone, Grand Valley, Westline, Warren South, Garland,
Kinzua Dam, Chapman State Park, Mount Jewett, and Tidioute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Very heavy rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
