Sandra K. Baldwin, 79, of Smethport, passed away peacefully at her home, Saturday (August 2, 2025) with her family by her side.

She was born November 25, 1945 in Olean, NY, the daughter of Joseph and Martha (Leet) Field. On July 17, 1965, in Bradford, PA, she married Robert L. Baldwin, who survives.

Sandy was a graduate of Smethport High School and of Olean Beauty Academy, where she attained her beautician’s certification.

She worked as a beautician for many years from her home and at Sena Kean Manor in Smethport.

She was a member of the East Smethport United Christian Church.

In addition to her husband, Rev. Robert Baldwin, she is survived by:

Two daughters: Pamela Kay (Fredrick) Baldwin-Taggart of Strasburg, PA and Roseanne M. (Richard) Bristow of Erie, PA

Two sons: Charles A. (Tanya) Baldwin of Elizabethtown, PA and William J. (Misty) Baldwin of Smethport

In addition to her parents, Sandy was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4, 2025, from 10AM-Noon, at Hartle-Tarbox Funeral Homes, Inc., 2 Bank St., Smethport, where funeral services will begin at noon with the Rev. Allen Young, Pastor Karmon Wood and Rev. Richard Weagraff, officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Smethport.
