Salamanca NY, Man Arrested Following A Domestic Incident
Salamanca – On January 25th, 2025, at approximately 0730 hours, Jason M. McGraw, 42, of Salamanca NY, was taken into custody. Deputies originally responded to an address on Erie Street for reports of a domestic in which McGraw was found to be the subject. Following an investigation into the domestic incident it was determined that McGraw shot off 4 rounds from a rifle in the proximity of the reported victimβs head and proceeded to break a window at the neighborβs house with a whiskey bottle.
McGraw was transported to the Cattaraugus County Sheriffs Office where he was processed on the following charges: Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2ndΒ Degree, Criminal Use of a Firearm 2ndΒ Degree, Reckless Endangerment 1stΒ Degree, Menacing 2ndΒ Degree, and Use of a Dangerous Weapon. McGraw was transported to the Town of Great Valley Town Court where he was released under supervision. McGraw is due in the Town of Salamanca Court at a later date for further court proceedings.
