Ruth P. Mariani, 84, of Bradford, PA formerly of Buffalo, NY, passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at the Pavilion at BRMC.

She was born on April 5, 1940 in Buffalo, a daughter of the late Vernon and Ruth Howe Robinson.

She was the widow of Ferruccio R. “Frank” Mariani; who preceded her in death on September 10, 2001.

Ruth was an avid animal lover who raised a multitude of different animals throughout her life.  She was also known for her beautiful flower gardens.

She was employed by Malecki Meats, Buffalo for several years and then as a home health aide prior to moving to Bradford to be closer to her family.

She is survived by one sister-in-law, Annell Robinson of Newfane, NY and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by one brother, Vernon “Skip” Robinson, Jr. and one sister, Faith Green.

Friends and family are invited to attend a graveside service at 12:00 PM on Friday, June 14, 2024 at the St. Bonaventure Cemetery, Allegany, NY, with the Rev. Max Simms, pastor of the Hilltop Baptist Church, officiating.
