Rosalie A. Brown, age 85, of Lawrenceville, PA passed away on Friday, July 12, 2024 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira, NY. Born September 9, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Betty (Stewart) Rumburger. Rosalie married Alfred J. Brown on November 23, 1957 and they shared 65 years together until his passing on December 24, 2022.

She enjoyed crocheting, quilting, crafting and painting.

She is survived by her children, Deborah and Ronald Chapel of Tioga and their son, Nicholas Chapel; Cherrie and Arthur Miller of Tioga and their children, Matt Soper, Jaime Soper, Tony Miller and Angie Miller and Brian and Desta Brown of Knoxville and their children, Yvonne Brown and Brian Brown; and seven great-grandchildren.

Per Rosalie’s wishes there will be no services at this time.
