Robert H. Colegrove, age 77 a lifelong resident of Lawrenceville, passed away on Friday, August 9, 2024 at Broad Acres Nursing Home in Wellsboro.

Born March 5, 1947 in Wellsboro, he was the son of the late Robert W. and Alice M. (Seelye) Colegrove. Bob proudly served in the US Air Force, was a Vietnam Veteran and had just received the Quilt of Valor on Thursday. He retired from Corning Inc., enjoyed hunting and trapping and was a former member of the Bath and Elmira Coin Clubs. Bob was an avid collector; he collected US and World Coins, wildlife art and guns.

He is survived by his siblings, Linda and Roy Booher of Lawrenceville, Stephen and Linda Colegrove of Lawrenceville, Mary Ellen and Tom Bauman of Millerton and Gary and Diane Colegrove of Lawrenceville and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

He was preceded in death by a nephew Roy Booher, Jr. Family will receive friends at Kenyon Funeral Home, 214 W. Main St., Elkland on Friday, August 16th from 2:00 – 4:00 PM.

A funeral service with military honors will be held immediately following at 4:00 PM with Pastor Steven Neff officiating. Burial will be in Tioga County Memorial Gardens. www.kenyonfuneralhome.com.
