Robert C. Tingley, Sr., 79, of Bradford

Robert C. Tingley, Sr., 79, of Bradford, passed away on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at his home.
He was born on March 2, 1946 in Bradford; a son of the late Harold and Angeline Romano Tingley.
He was a 1964 graduate of the Bradford Area High School.
Bob was a longtime member of the St. Bernard Catholic Church where he was a member of the choir. He was a member of the Italian American Progressive Club and an avid bowler in his younger years. Over a thirty-eight year period he donated over 28 gallons of blood to the American Red Cross.
He was employed at the former Corning Glass, Bradford; W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery and finally with Witco; where he retired from.
He is survived by two sons, Robert (Lisa) Tingley, Jr. of Jackson, CA and Sean (Amy) Tingley of Bradford; one daughter, Kathy (Anthony) Aunkst of Mt. Holly Springs; one sister, Theresa Tingley-Williams of Sarasota, FL; one brother, James (Mary) Tingley of Bradford; thirteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents; he was also preceded in death by one brother, Keith Tingley.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at the St. Bernard Catholic Church from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM with a Mass of Christian Burial to immediately follow at Noon in the church with the Rev. James Gutting, as celebrant.
Memorial contributions in his memory can be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
