Richard M. Hannon, 74, a resident of Congress Street in Bradford, passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at Bradford Regional Medical Center.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Rich’s Life on Sunday, June 23, 2024, in the West Branch Community Center, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM.
