Potter County Farmers Market Friday, August 30th
The Potter County Farmers Market will be outdoors on the square across from the county jail, every Friday (weather permitting) from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm. The next market will be this Friday, August 30th. Below is a list of who plans to be there and what they plan on bringing to the Market:
* The outdoor market is held each Friday from May through October (weather permitting; on very rainy days, we will relocate into the Riley Gallery (if available)). In November, the farmers market goes indoors for the winter market.
* Market times have been established after many trial times over the years. If you are not able to visit us and would like something particular from one of the vendors, please contact them directly. They are willing to try to accommodate your request.

THORNY BUSH FARM will be there with herbal honey, goat milk fudge, and some crafts. We will also have fresh locally grown sweet corn! Cash or check.
QUIET ACRES will be at market this week, weather permitting. We have all of the Haldeman Mills products – gluten free Teff (ivory and dark) and buckwheat, cornmeal – Stauffer’s and Brinser’s, shortcake/cobbler mix, soft pretzel and funnel cake mixes, buttermilk and buckwheat pancake mixes. For handmade crafts, we have a large selection of aprons – adult and children, braided items of many sizes and shapes, and rope items – bowls, baskets, etc. We accept cash as payment.
MOUNTAIN VIEW SHEEP FARM will be attending the farmers market August 30 weather permitting. With hand woven wool blend shawls and scarves. Also lovely delicate designed, scented and fragrance free handmade sheep milk soaps all from our own sheep. Pa preferred and Juried. We accept cash, check and cards. MIKE THOMPSON Will be a vender at market Friday. Bringing Yellow Squash, Cucumbers, Hot Hungarian Peppers, Juliet Grape Tomatoes, variety of large Tomatoes, Bell Peppers, and Granny Smith Apples. Accepting FMNP checks. Knife sharpening while you shop the other venders.
MAHLON DAVENPORT: I plan to attend The Market this week, 8-30-24, with woodcrafts.
ME AND MY BOYS SOAP will be there on Friday. We will have a selection of goat milk based products that include soap bars, shampoo bars, lotions, lotion bars, bath bombs and bath salts.
