The monthly Young Artisan Class, with Laurie Angood, will be held on Thursday, August 22, from 3 – 4:30 pm.  This month students have the option to choose their paint and canvases to create something from their own design.  Appropriate for Grades 2 through 6.  Supplies and snacks provided.  Price of the class is $25.00.

•  Artist, Laurie Angood, will be teaching ‘It’s Just Peachy,’ a beginner level watercolor class on Friday, August 23, 2024, from 6;00-8;00 pm and again on August 29, 2024, 1:30-3:30 pm. Artist quality watercolor paper, paint and other supplies provided.  Gift bag of take-home supplies included. Choose your date and call the center to register.   Price of the class is $35.00.
• A sewing class on how to make a Fish Drawstring Bag/Backpack, will be held on August 24 from 9:00-12:00. All supplies and snack included.  Price $25.  Appropriate for ages 10 and up. 
• An Oil/Acrylic Painting Night with Gary Perkins is being held on September 5, 2024 starting at 6:30 pm.  Bring your own current projects and spend the evening with other painters exchanging ideas and offering encouragement.  For ages 15 and up.  Price of this event is $10.00.
• A Quilted Table Runner Sewing Class, taught by Brenda Bonczar and Lisa Bretz, will be held on Wednesday, September 4, from 5:00-7:30 pm. Ages 15 and up.  Materials provided for $40.00/$35.00 if you bring your own.
