The Port Allegany Music Department presented a Holiday Band Concert Friday at PAHS.  The concert featured the Elementary Bands, the Junior High Concert  Band, Senior High Concert Band and the Senior High Jazz Band.  

The concert began with the Junior HIgh Band playing Festival of Lights, The Rowan Tree, Old English Carol and A Visit From St. Nicholas with Mr. Ben Palmer as Narrator.  Members of the Junior High Concert Band include Molly Barber, Mallory Johnson, Kaitlyn Kallenborn, Olivia Lilly and Bailey Lloyd on Flute; Ella Amell, Svea Ayers, Destiny Culver Owen Marzella, Jonah McKeirnan, Leila Stuckey and Kyra Tankersley on Clarinet; Elijah Gant on Bass Clarinet; Gianna Glasgow, Draven Green, brock Marsiglio and Lillianne Reed on Alto Saxophone; Steven Alcock, Bryce Fessenden, Alayna Palmer and Brody O’Rourke on Trumpet; Garrin Wright on Trombone; David Garcia, Holden Hammond, Adrian Penick and Jackson Smith on Baritone; Delaney Stromberg on Tuba; Brody Kazimer on Key Bass; and Weston Foltz, Benjamin Gutshall, Trace Kazimer, Holden Nance, Lily O’Rourke and Joseph Reed on Percussion.  

The Elementary Beginning Band with Alaina Hendershot, Eleanor Klepfer, Kiya Tankersley on Flute; Lily Hildbrandt, Bella Huss, Eve Mack, Langston Reed, Brenna Rohrer and November Rushmore on Clarinet; Isabella Hammond, Landon Lineman, Oliver Parish, Quinn Turner and Wesley Welch on Alto Saxophone; Tricelynn Taylor on Trumpet; Jayden Meacham on Trombone; Caleb Freer and Aubri Moore on Baritone; Landyn Babcock, Evellen Barber, Braelyn Corey Douglas Cummins, Rodney Decker, Olivia Mason, Johnna  McGarvey, Aaron Moore, Nicholas Oldenburg and Ma’Leigha Smoker on Percussion played Jingle Bells in their first concert.

The Senior High Jazz Band played Christmas Island, Moon River and Santa Baby.

The Elementary Advanced Band including Nikhita Furman, Kristina Houghtaling, Harper Mitchell ad Emilee-Rae Yeager on Flute; Jayden Parish on Clarinet; Akira Ayers, Isaiah Bell, Victoria Benson, Hunter Ganoe and Patrick Johnson on Alto Saxophone; Dana Clark, Landon Gardner, Lila Glasgow on Trumpet Ayron Burm and Marlena Smith on Trombone; Gillian Stromberg on Tuba and Aliyah Bennett, Trystian Dahlke and Makayla Freeman on Percussion played Sax-O-Matic and Rudoph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.

Last to take the stage was the Senior High Concert Band with Mrs. Diane Smith on Flute; Alexsis Bennett, Raelin Meacham and Kendra Meade on Clarinet; Mr. J.T. Madison on Alto Saxophone; Jennifer Baxter on Tenor Saxophone; Aidan Clark on Baritone; Devan Carpenter, Madison Fillhart, Savannah Hart and Layla Safford on Trumpet; and Isaac Berber, Connor Briggs, Owen Kisler, Lily Madison, James Nichols and Collin Stuckey on Percussion. 

The bands were under the direction of Mr. Brad Stewart.  

The Music Boosters collected non-perishable food items and cash to be donated to PACS (Port Allegany Community Services).
