Philip Green Jr., 62, of N. Tionesta Ave. in Kane, PA passed away Saturday (Jan. 20) at Penn Highlands Dubois.  Born March 18, 1961 in Port Allegany, he is the son of Philip (Harvetta) Green Sr. and the late Donna (Klawuhn) Dugener. On June 4, 2005, in Kane, he married Jill Weirich, who survives.

Phil was retired from Kane Innovations.He was a member of the Kane VFW, the Kane Eagles Club and the Wilcox Sportsman club.  He was also a very active member of the Kane Country Club.  He loved hunting, fishing, golfing and traveling with his wife.

In addition to his wife and father, he is survived by three daughters, Sunnee (Brandon) Diblasi, Karissa (Jackie Wertz) Green and Ashlee (Brianne Klembara) Green; seven grandchildren, Griffin Harrington, Isabelle Foulds, Owen DiBlasi, Demetrios Klembara, Abel Klembara, Levi Klembara and Brody DiBlasi; seven sisters, Marie Nunley, Carla Sherwood, Elaine Ostrander, Melisa Green, Jean Green, Tammy (Danny) Patterson and Barbie (Mark) Ouellette; four brothers, Henry (Cheryl) Kephart, Dale (Laurie) Kephart, David (Lanie) Kephart and Bruce Kephart; two sisters-in-law, Jennifer (Dennis) Peterson and Julie (Michael) Wittman and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, one brother, Douglas Green and a brother-in-law, Leon Sherwood.

A celebration of Phil’s life will take place at the family camp at a future date that will be announced.
