Penn State Extension offers an agronomic pesticide update for applicators
Smethport, PA. — Public and private pesticide applicators can get their recertification credits by attending an agronomic pesticide update workshop offered by Penn State Extension.
The McKean County update meeting will be held from 7:00 to 9:00 pm on Tuesday, March 12th at the McKean Co. Emergency Services training center at 17175 Route 6 West, Smethport, PA 16749. Featured topics will include spray nozzle selection, specific herbicides, Atrazine stewardship, and the disease year in review.
The Penn State Extension Agronomic Pesticide Update is a traditional Core (two credits) and Category (two credits) session for private pesticide applicators. However, any applicator may attend.
