Pamela M. Grady, 84, formerly of State Street

Pamela M. Grady, 84, formerly of State Street, passed away Sunday (Sept. 21, 2025) at Heritage Springs Memory Care in Lewisburg.
Born Sept. 19, 1941, in Bradford, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Rita Peters Smith.
She was a 1959 graduate at St. Bernard School. After high school she attended Mansfield State College, and graduated in 1963 with a degree in elementary education.
On Aug. 8, 1964, in St. Bernard Church, she married Thomas G. Grady, who preceded her in death on Nov. 23, 2017.
Pam was a school teacher for Bradford Area School District for 37 years. She taught elementary education at Fourth Ward, Fifth Ward, West Branch and School Street elementary schools.
She was a member at St. Bernard Church, and she was known to be a huge dog lover.
Surviving are one daughter, Susan Martin of Milton, and two sons, Michael (Patricia) Grady and James (Danielle) Grady, all of Bradford; seven grandchildren, Daniel, Sara, Ian, Brennan, Aaron, Joshua and Brian; one great-granddaughter, Madison; one sister, Patricia Stewart of Norwich, Conn.; and one brother, Gregory (Nancy) Smith of Rochester, N.Y.
Friends are invited to call from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday (Sept. 25, 2025) at Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc., 372 E. Main St. Friends are also invited to attend a Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. Friday (Sept. 26, 2025) at St. Bernard Church with the Rev. Edward Walk, senior associate, as celebrant. Entombment will follow in St. Bernard Cemetery.
