PAIR PLEADS GUILTY TO DRUG CRIMES AFTER MCKEAN COUNTY DRUG TASK FORCE INVESTIGATION
(MCKEAN COUNTY, Pennsylvania: October 21, 2024): District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer reports that the two wanted for conspiring together to deliver a controlled substance in Shinglehouse have pled guilty.
Mark Nagy and Christina Lynn-Hamilton were charged with conspiring together to deliver drugs while under the surveillance by the McKean County Drug Task. An arrest warrant was issued for their arrest.
At a plea hearing at the McKean County Courthouse on October 10, 2024, NAGY pled guilty to Delivering Controlled Substances twice in Shinglehouse – on March 21, 2023 and April 4, 2023. He pled guilty to Delivery of Cocaine (Felony) and Delivery of Fluerofentanyl (Felony), which is a derivative of the drug Fentanyl.
LYNN-HAMILTON pled guilty to Conspiring with NAGY to deliver cocaine (Felony).
Detective Kolin Strawcutter, along with other members of the McKean County Drug Task Force, had established surveillance of the two during an investigation into drug trafficking in McKean County.
