Rep. Clint Owlett (R-Tioga/Bradford) is inviting area residents to his upcoming Concealed Carry Seminar on Thursday, Oct. 16, from 6-8 p.m. at the Wellsboro Fire Company Annex, 21 East Ave., Wellsboro.

The event is co-hosted with the offices of the Tioga County Sheriff and the Tioga County District Attorney, with Sheriff Frank Levindoski and District Attorney Sandra Olson making the presentation.

“This informative event will allow residents to learn more about Pennsylvania gun laws and ask specific questions they may have about how they are applied and enforced,” Owlett said. “I hope people will take advantage of the opportunity to join us.”

Attendees can expect to learn more about the state’s concealed carry laws, the Castle Doctrine and other valuable information regarding state gun laws and gun safety.
