We will resume regular hours on Tuesday. “Daycare” Story Hour: The library will have a story hour on Friday mornings from 10:00 a.m – 10:30 a.m. for children aged 3-5. Please call or stop in at the library if you plan on attending so we can plan accordingly for a craft/game after the story. 814-697-6691.
Fall Festival: The fall festival will be here before you know it! Please join us on Saturday, September 23rd from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for food, vendors, crafts, and fun. This year, we will also have entertainment brought to you by Benjamin Berry, a professional circus artist. Performances will be at 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. If you plan on being a vendor, please get your completed forms and table fees to the library ASAP!
“So You Want to Be a Woodhick”: Join us at the library on Saturday, September 30th, at 1:30 p.m. for a day-in-the-life presentation of living and working conditions for men and women in the 19th and 20th centuries of the PA woods! This presentation is brought to you by the Pennsylvania Lumber Museum and the Pennsylvania Historical & Museum Commission. Please call or stop in at the library to sign up. 814-697-6691
The Book Discussion Group meets at the library on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 10:30 a.m. The date for this month is September 14th. All are invited to participate. Books are provided by the Potter-Tioga Library System. Stitch Together: Do you enjoy knitting, crocheting, needlework, and chatting while you work? (Or chatting and not getting much of your project done?) Come join us with your current projects on Thursday, September 7th and 21st from 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
