Foster Township Police Department

On 10/23/22 at approximately 1907 hours Officers were dispatched to Walmart for a retail theft. After the female was arrested, she was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Further investigation lead to officers obtaining a search warrant for the female’s vehicle, who was identified as Alexis Marie Costanza from Olean, NY.

The search of the vehicle yielded drugs (cocaine and methamphetamine), paraphernalia, and other items.

Costanza was arraigned before District Judge Todd and remanded to Mckean County Jail in lieu of $5,000 straight bail.
