October 31st Potter County Farm Market Is Cancelled
This has been a colder fall this year than we had hoped, a challenging growing season for our fruit and vegetables growers, as well as our seasonal vendors. Farming can be hard.
Friday’s forecast is rain, windy, and temperatures in the 40’s again. This makes it difficult for market vendors to be outside and keep their products intact. The forecast contributes to canceling “market on the court house square” for Friday, October 31st.
We will be moving to our winter indoor market at the Riley Gallery on Main Street next to the Crittenden in Coudersport, PA on Saturdays from 11 am to 2 pm, beginning November 8th. Many of our vendors will also be taking part in Coudersport’s Small Town Christmas on November 29th.
As always, if you have a request for our baker or vendors please contact them. They would be happy to help you.
We appreciate your loyalty and support. See you at the fall and winter market as we prepare for spring.
[NOTICES:
* The outdoor market is held each Friday from May through October (weather permitting). In November, the farmers market goes indoors for the Saturday fall and winter market.
* Market times have been established after many trial times over the years. If you are not able to visit us and would like something particular from one of the vendors, please contact them directly. They are willing to try to accommodate your request.
* If you are interested in joining the market this year or have any questions please contact …. Netra Baker, 814-598-0649 netrabaker2@gmail.com]
