Norman A.”Doc” Hicks, DDS, 92, a longtime resident of Coudersport, went to be with the Lord, on Monday, March 6, 2023, in Sweden Valley Manor, Coudersport.

Doc’s final arrangements, entrusted to the care of Kevin J. Dusenbury, funeral director/owner of the Virgil L. Howard Funeral Home, Shinglehouse, are incomplete and will be announced with a full obituary.
