Natalie Returns to Cameron County Farmers Market
Cameron County Farmers Market
Summer holidays are fast approaching and we are thrilled to hear that Natalie Zucal will once more be returning from her Environmental studies in Olean to spend the summer in Cameron County with us!
Natalie debuted her new business, Breakfast at Natalie’s, at last year’s market and it was a big success!
Natalie spotted the niche market opportunity of selling breakfast themed foods at our morning markets and she nailed it! Her first product was home-made yogurt made from raw milk which produces a super creamy, delicious addition to any healthy breakfast and market goers were impressed!
Being an entrepreneurial young lady she quickly expanded her offerings and came up with a selection of nutritious granolas to complement her yoghurt. She created a variety of scrumptious flavors including blueberry, peanut butter, vanilla cinnamon, chocolate hazelnut, chai walnut, and cranberry almond granolas. You will find both her yogurt and granolas at the market again this year!
For those wanting a quick snack on the go, Natalie has also created a range of granola bars that come in several flavors including peanut butter chocolate, apricot pecan, vanilla cinnamon and date walnut. The perfect energy snack that will tickle your tastebuds as you stroll around the market!
To round off your breakfast menu Natalie will also be bringing free-range, farm fresh eggs laid by the family chickens. These happy birds live a great life of good food and freedom so you can be sure that they produce the healthiest of eggs!
And if you fancy a cup of coffee with all these delicious goodies, Natalie will also have fresh brewed coffee available, made from Bearded Brewing coffee beans freshly roasted by her dad, Josh.
While home for the summer Natalie will be interning at Sinnemahoning State Park where she will be working with the environmental education program but we are happy she will still find the time join in on the market fun this season! You will find Natalie at our first market on Saturday, May 11th, 9am to 12pm at the Emporium Town Square.
See you there!
