Michael Todd Crooks was born April 15, 1966 in Williamsport, PA, son of John Dincher and Linda (Heatley) Campbell and later was adopted by James Crooks.

Michael passed away February 17, 2025 in Inverness, FL. He worked as an Electrician in the industrial field. Michael moved to Florida from Pennsylvania and settled in Port Richey, FL in 1996. Later on he moved to Inverness. As an electrician Michael enjoyed tinkering with things to see how it worked and repairing them if needed. He also enjoyed spending time with family and friends, driving his BMW and listening to 80’s music.

Michael was preceded in death by father, John Martin Dincher, Step Sister, Melissa Campbell, grandparents, Willard & June Heatley and Charles & Evenlyn Crooks.

Survivors include father, James Crooks, mother, Linda Campbell, daughter, Shauleena Balicki of Port Richey, FL, sister, Dawn Huck, Step Sister, Rene Campbell, aunt, Cycilia Ritter, uncle, David Ritter.

Friends and family are invited to pay tribute to Michael’s life at 11am, Saturday, March 22 at the St. Paul’s Episcopal Church of Wellsboro for a memorial service.  Local arrangements are under the direction of the Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home 139 Main Street Wellsboro, PA.
