Memorial services for Barbara Ann Lowe Koebley will be held on Saturday March 11, 2023, at 12:00 pm in the First United Methodist Church, 200 Market St. Warren, Pa with the Rev. Dr. Mark E. Hecht, pastor, officiating.

Friends will be received from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday in the Dunham Parlors at the church. Scattering will take place in the church’s memorial garden.
