Maureen G. “Moe” Amacher, 57, of Ridgway, passed away on Wednesday, January 29, 2025.

She was born on May 9, 1967, in St. Marys, a daughter of the late Tom Musisko.

On February 14, 1990, she married Michael Amacher. Together they shared nearly 35 years of love and marriage.

Maureen was raised in the Pittsburgh area before moving back to Ridgway, and attended Ridgway schools. She was employed by TriCounty Urology for many years until the retirement of Dr. Rudick.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son; Bo Barker of Ridgway, a grandson; Landon Kosmiski and his mother Shannon of St. Marys, and by a very special cousin and best friend; April Maurer and her husband Chuck of N. Carolina. She is also survived by her mother.

In addition to her father, Maureen was preceded in death by her brother; Fred Barker, and by her stepfather; Robert Barker.

A memorial service for Maureen G. Amacher will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at 2:00 PM, at the Bible Training Center, 657 Evergreen Dr. Ridgway, PA 15853.

There will be no visitation.
