Marlene A. Bisker, 70, of Hermitage, PA passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2024, in her home.
Ms. Bisker was born on May 31, 1953, in Oil City, PA, and was raised in Bradford, PA, and lived the last 50 years in Hermitage. She was the daughter of the late Martin H. and M. Jane (Griffith) Bisker.
Marlene was a graduate of Sharon Regional School of Nursing, Duquesne University, University of Pittsburgh, Washington School of Anesthesia, and California University of PA.
Following retirement, Marlene volunteered at several local food banks and for 30 years, enjoyed boating at Shenango Dam, cooking and entertaining friends, as well as producing small woodworking projects.
She is survived by three siblings, Thomas M. Bisker (Richard Swastek), of Valencia, Spain, Elaine Nau (James), of Venice, FL, and Christine Moore (Dennis), of Bradford, PA; along with a niece, Sarah Matzner (Cody), also of Bradford.
Friendship was of great importance, and she was blessed by a long list of surviving friends and neighbors. She is survived by her very best friend of 50 years, Jean Fobes, along with longstanding friends, Nancy Wilson, Debbie Garrett, Sharon Marshall, Jackie Thomas, Patty Paul, Bernadette Petroccia, Sally Kelso, and Joann Goehring.
It was very important to her that she express gratitude and love for all those who have supported her throughout her lifetime, during both good and difficult times.

A gathering of her loving survivors will be held at a later date.
