Olean- Mark G. Carapellatti “Loving Brother & Uncle”

 Mark G. Carapellatti of Independence Drive passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at Olean General Hospital.

 Mark was born on April 25, 1963, in Olean and was the son of Raymond W. and Patricia A. Barr Carapellatti. 

 Mark was a 1981 graduate of Archbishop Walsh. He worked many jobs in the Olean Area. In 1992 he opened On the Side Liquor which he operated until 2009. Mark enjoyed watching and attending NASCAR races. 

 Mark is survived by his six siblings; Raymond (Gail) Carapellatti of FL., Richard (Helena) Carapellatti of AZ., Paul (Lynn) Carapellatti of Hinsdale, Mary Ann (Robert) Dupree of TX., Susan (Michael) Tucker of Olean, and Michael (Greg) Benham of Hinsdale, many precious nieces and nephews, and two grand nieces and nephews. 

 Mark was predeceased by his parents, and a nephew, Jason Tucker.
