MAN PLEADS GUILTY TO DRUG CRIMES – ARRESTED BY MCKEAN COUNTY DRUG TASK FORCE (MCKEAN COUNTY, Pennsylvania: November 6, 2025): District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer reports on a plea of guilty by a man arrested by the McKean County Drug Task Force earlier this year. Clarence BARKER pled guilty to delivering cocaine two different times in Bradford while under the direct surveillance of Detectives with the McKean County Drug Task Force in March. Upon further search, Detective Ward found additional cocaine being concealed by BARKER in his mouth. BARKER pled guilty to 2 counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance (cocaine) and Contraband – all felonies.
