Luanne E. Larson, 66, of Hemlock Ave. in Kane, PA
Luanne E. Larson, 66, of Hemlock Ave. in Kane, PA passed away Saturday (Jan. 14) at the Lutheran Home at Kane. She was born on Aug. 31, 1956 in Clarion, the daughter of the late Maxine (Heasley) Alabaugh. On Oct. 19, 1990, in Kane, she married Robert Larson, who survives.
Luanne most recently worked as the receptionist at Dr. Gary Anderson’s office. Prior to that she had also worked for Dr. Linda Rettger, the Kane Community Hospital and had done home healthcare.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son Philip (Kira) Heasley of Kane; four brothers, Steve (Helen) Heasley of Kane, Greg (Tricia) Alabaugh of Sheffield, Ken (Chris) Alabaugh of Russell and Ted (Sandy) Alabaugh of Kane and two grandsons Russell Heasley and Noah Green.
She was preceded in death by her mother, one sister Kathy Wilson and her stepfather Jack Alabaugh.
Friends are invited to attend a visitation at the Cummings Funeral Home on Wednesday evening (Jan. 18) from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and again on Thursday (Jan. 19) from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. David Pflieger officiating. Burial will be in St. Callistus Cemetery.
