On September 14, at 3:52 pm Wellsboro, Galeton, and Middlebury were dispatched to a land rescue at Colton Point State Park on the Turkey Path for a man over a cliff. Update Morris was dispatched with a high-angle rescue team to assist the other agencies rescue three trapped individuals.
