Kim M. Fischer, 52, of SenaKean Manor in Smethport PA ( formerly of Clearfield) died on Thursday, November 23,2023 at Olean General Hospital, Olean, NY.

Born April 18, 1971 in Buffalo NY, she was the daughter of Francis Fischer and Barbara ( McFarland) Offhaus and stepfather Jerome Offhaus.

She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnessess, Philipsburg and will always be remembered for her faithful service to Jehovah and her family looks forward to seeing her again in Jehovah’s resurrection.

She is survived by her loving and devoted parents Barbara ( Anchorage, Alaska) and Jerome( Clearfield) Offhaus, and her loving sister Natalie Carter ( Clearfield) who will miss her sister dearly. She is also survived by her Uncle Steven McFarland of Douglasville, Georgia; her step Uncle and Aunt Gene and Shelia Offhaus of West Seneca, NY; her step Aunt and Uncle Joyce and Roger Smielecki of Chester, Virgina, and numerous cousins and step cousins.

She was preceded in death by her Maternal Grandparents, Johnathan and Lois McFarland; step Grandparents Chester and Julia Offhaus, Uncles Allen and Edgar McFarland; Aunt Diane McFarland; and step Uncle David Offhaus.

There will be no funeral service. There will be a memorial service at a future date.

Arrangements are under the direction of Guenther Funeral Home Inc. of Olean, NY.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Jehovah’s Witnesses of Philipsburg, at 2052 Morrisdale-Allport Highway Philipsburg, PA 16866.
