K9s with the County Detective Bureau K9 Unit accompanied District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer to the Senior Expo organized by Representative Martin Causer and held at the Kane Area Community Center on Friday, September 8th. K9s LG, Nico and Izzy, along with their handlers Bob and Vicki Rinfrette and Jay Prosser manned a booth at the Expo where they showed visitors what common drugs and paraphernalia look.  The group also talked to visitors about the K9 Unit and the various expertise of each dog – drug detection, tracking, and explosives.  The DA, K9s and the handlers attended the Senior Expo held at Pitt-Bradford also organized by Representative Causer in August.
