Joyce O. (Beiling) Zelinski, age 84, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Sunday, April 13, 2025.

She was born on November 9, 1940 in Galeton, PA a daughter of the late Charles and Julia (Haner) Beiling and was married to the late Robert Zelinski.

Joyce worked at the Galeton Production Plant and was a waitress for many years at the Log Cabin Restaurant and the Hunting Valley Inn. She was a member of the Moose Lodge # 1147 where she held multiple positions and received several degrees. She loved spending time with her family and her grand dogs: Abby and Allman.

Joyce is survived by a son: Robert (Michelle) Zelinski of Wellsboro, PA, daughter: Sherri (Glenn Shumway) Summerson of Wellsboro, PA, sister-in-law: Frances Zelinski, grandchildren: Angela (Jimmy) Summerson, Jay (Ashley) Summerson, Talas Mahon, great grandchildren: Austin Summerson, Mackenzie Summerson and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by an infant daughter: Dawn Marie Zelinski, brothers: Charles Beiling, James Beiling, sisters: Alverda Furman, Martha Doud, and Barbara Burchell.

Viewing will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2025 from 9:30 to 11 am at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc. www.carletonfh.com Wellsboro, PA.

Funeral services will follow at 11:00 am with Pastor Tim Miller officiating. Interment will be in the Tioga County Memorial Gardens, Mansfield, PA. The family would like to thank the Green Home and special thanks to Bev, Makenzie and Dustin.
