Josephine C. LENTOLA, 98, of Andover, NY, died Friday, April 7, 2023 in Highland Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, Wellsville. 

Born September 16, 1924, in Indiana, PA, she was the daughter of Anthony and Mary Zellonis Kosis.  She was married to Richard R. Lentola, who predeceased her on June 23, 2016. 

She and her husband previously resided in Mt. Pocono, PA and Buffalo, NY.  She was employed in many service-oriented jobs.  Josephine loved spending time with her family. 

Surviving are:  sons, Anthony (Sun Lee) Lentola of Salado, TX and James (Lori Russell) Lentola of Moira, NY;  five grandchildren, Richard (Alice) Lentola, Michelle (Jerry) Ishman, Christopher Lentola, Harley (Shannon) Lentola, and Chetreva (Neil Hall) Lentola;  five great-grandchildren, Joselyn Lentola, Ozzy Lentola, Christy Rae Lentola, Isabella Lentola, and  Preston Lentola;  three great-great-grandchildren, Haizen, Krinlin, and Mason;  nieces and nephews. 

In addition to her husband of 62 years, she was predeceased by seven siblings, Madeleine, Ann, Jean, Connie, Bud, John, and Tim. 

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM, Monday, April 10, 2023 at Immaculate Conception Church, Wellsville.  Rev. James Hartwell will be the Celebrant.  Burial will be in Bath National Cemetery.
