James M. Greville III, 39, of Spruce Ave. in Kane, PA
James M. Greville III, 39, of Spruce Ave. in Kane, PA passed away early Tuesday morning (April 4) from injuries received in an ATV accident. He was born in Kane on Aug. 5, 1983, the son of James (Kathy) Greville II of Kane and Rita Greville of Daytona, FL.
Jim worked at Ardagh Group Glass in Port Allegany as an electrician. Prior to that he had done many satellite installations throughout the area and also managed the Carhartt portion of his father’s Photo and Sound store in Kane. He hurdled and high jumped for the Kane track team while in high school and had been on the all-time list for high jump for many years.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two daughters, Arianna and Jocelyn Greville, both of Kane; one sister, Erica Wirta of Appleton, WI; one stepsister, Ashley Parik of Chicago, IL and his paternal grandmother, Dolores “Dee” Greville, of Kane. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and several children who he raised like his own, including, Kayin Bard, Addison, Silas, Easton and Leonidas Plants.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, James Greville Sr. and his maternal grandparents, Fred and Delores “Dody” Johnson.
Friends will be received at the Cummings Funeral Home on Friday (April 7) from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. A luncheon will follow at the Kane Fire Hall at 6:00 p.m.
